Training Options

We offer several options for improving your performance on and off the field.

  • Private, Group and Virtual Lessons – It all begins with fundamentals training.  We break down your mechanics and build them up again to ensure you’re maximizing your kicking performance. In addition to private and group lessons, we offer video analysis and virtual training for kickers outside the Chicagoland area.
  • Custom Workout Programs for Specialists – Specialists shouldn’t be doing the same workouts as the rest of the football team. We develop CUSTOM workout programs for individual athletes to improve overall performance. We work with some of the leading kicking companies in the nation to improve the performance of their specialists through our custom workout programs. Choose from three program options:
    • 12 Sessions (3 days/week – 1 month)
    • 36 Sessions (3 days/week – 3 month)
    • 60 Sessions (5 days/week – 3 month)
  • “3-Step Process” Custom Training Program – For motivated kickers with the goal and potential to kick in college, we develop a custom training program that fundamentally, physically, and mentally prepares the kicker to compete in exposure camps and at the college level.
