"3-Step process" custom training
Our 3-Step Process custom training program is designed for those kickers and punters motivated and committed to improving their kicking performance.
This 4-week program consists of the training elements we believe will have the greatest impact on the individual athlete’s performance and could include a combination of private lessons, video analysis, and strength and conditioning. We will spend anywhere between 10 and 20 hours together in those 4 weeks depending on the training elements chosen.
